Boskoop, Cox Orange, Braeburn – harvest time and full stores.
Apple blossom
The trees are in full blossom – a lovely walk through the orchard.
Early summer varieties
Gravenstein and White Transparent – the first tender varieties of the season.
High summer varieties
Elstar and Jonagold – juicy, sweet and the star of our farm shop.
Storage varieties
Pinova and Fuji – crisp and fresh from our own cellar.
